Sexual intrusive thoughts during sex or masturbation

Hello, does anyone else suffer from sexual intrusive thoughts just before climax or when being in the point of no return ? I when I’m in the point of no return and suddenly thoughts pop up and it feels like I’m climaxing to them and I can’t enjoy my climax. Anxiety and rumination After this is killing me why did it happen, what does it mean.

Also the worst one is when I feel like going to masturbate Alone at the same time a intrusive thought pops up about my friend and this makes me feel like I want to masturbate because of this thoughts, thats why I try to avoid masturbation but when I do it my ocd is telling me I did it because of this thoughts.

It happens to me each time the OCD get worse, i think try to no fap is better.

Do you have that when you don’t even know what made you climax ?

Maybe it changed, i found out when i have sex with the one i really love , the sexual intrusive thoughts not appear, but with someone i am not really love (prostitute), sometime it appear.

And recently when i have sex with a pretty girl, it not appear.

I think it related on how much you fear, the more you fear the more it happens.
