Panic over simulation and solipsism?

Postby Pocdsucks » Sat Jan 02, 2021 11:06 am

I'm now panicking over the idea that I'm in some simulation and I'm the only that exists, I'm scared that there some groups of creatures controlling me, the environment and can do what they want with me. I feel like they can have the ability to change my sex drive and what I get aroused at.
What can I do to remove this thought out of my head?
When life is sad,
Learn to be see the world,
For it is hard,
As it is absurd

Stop worrying about it. Just let the thought come and go, until it gets bored, and goes away.

I can't. Everytime I do, there's this new evidence that this is the case and I get terrified. It kinda ties in with my POCD.

Ignore the evidence. Humans are really good at ignoring stuff- it's wired in our DNA. You can do this.
