Hey!
I suffer from pure O and especially from the form where a thought has to be right at a certain time. For example when ruminating when I m driving a car, the thought has to be concluted or right before I pass by a road sign or when I m surfing online, I cant go to a new web page if I havent ”undone” the bad thought. Sometimes I use this method to undone a bad thought when I have it right in my head so I click to a new page and think ”now the bad thought is neutralized”.
Does anyone else suffer from the same?
