Intrusive thoughts...

Postby Solowolfpack » Sat Dec 22, 2018 6:41 am

I have intrusive thoughts at times, violent in nature, but I don’t feel bad for having them or ashamed, I often regret not acting on them. I even feel like I’m weak, or not dominant enough to actually do them. I wish I was embarrassed by them, it would be easier to deal with.

Maybe no one responds because you sound like a jerk. I am just bored right now so I read all the posts and say whats on my mind.

So you feel bad for not following violent thoughts? Hm.
You should try to find a way to get rid of such impulses without hurting anyone or damaging anything. Maybe try some new sport. But dont act like a jerk.

The good thing is that you have not carried out your violent thoughts. If you did, you will end up in jail. Or worse yet, dead.

I just reread the whole thing, what makes me seem like a jerk Kingping? I asked a question to see if anyone else had these types of thoughts or if they always feel guilty for having them. Which I don’t

Edit: Nevermind, anxiety produces a fight or flight response in most people, some experience fear others experience irritation or even aggression. I was interested to see if anyone else fell on the aggressive side like I do, regarding intrusive thoughts and why I don’t feel guilty about them like most people.

I have been DX with a PD too soo that may be what the driving factor who knows. As far as being a jerk, kongpong you being a narc I know you have plenty of mirrors in your place take a look in one sometime :) just bored saying what comes to mind,
