Can Hocd happen in teenagers

I’m really stuck in this question, Do I really have this obsession or am just deciding my sexuality?, Im 17 and this theme began at 14-15, I’ve experienced the groinal response as well a lot of times.

Of course teenagers can get HOCD.

Unless you're an adolescent (you're not) I'd think your sexuality is already pretty set.
