What to work on if you suffer OCD?

I suffer ocd and I work on a customer service job... it is like a nightmare make reality but it is the only thing I got, basically I am a distant member of that family that is the reason I have the job.

BUt what can I do? Making new friends, talking with people, making new relationships is impossible with this problem in my head.

How do you solve the money problem? WHat do you work on?
