Obssessing about autogyephilia

Hi , so iam a 16yo boy and i think i had ocd before which i didnt knew like Religious OCD and illnes/contamination ocd...etc and recently i had HOCD and when i was searching for the causes of being gay i found that most gays are trans/effeminate and i forgot hocd (im not gay) and started obssessing about being trans, searching in topics i found that autogyephilia is how trans people start and what worried me is that it can develop at any age . AND i worry that my childhoodtrauma might cause this
