I'm a gay psychopath

I suffer from HOCD (I'm most likely truly gay) and I was just masturbating to straight porn. Then I suddenly got this image of my dad being in the guy's position and I reached climax very quickly after that. I think I actually came earlier because of it. Now I think I'm an incest psychopath gay. I think there is something seriously wrong with my mind, I might actually be a freak. I don't know what to do.

You keep checking, and you keep expecting something to confirm your fears, and so things will pop in your mind. You're not a psychopath. I'm not even sure how having an incest fetish- which I don't think you have- would make you a psychopath.
