It sure sounds like hocd to me.
I have been struggling in the past with hocd for 4 years (now cured) which was caused by accumulated stress. What you are describing is exactly how I was feeling/thinking at the time.
You can spot hocd in following ways:
- continuously checking if you are aroused by gay porn, while it is not turning you on
- continuously trying to see if you are attracted to your fellow male friends
- unable to watch porn when a guy is involved in a porn scene
- comparing your level of attraction with girls vs boys
- feeling threatened when seeing a muscular man
- comparing yourself with people who "suddenly" discovered that they were gay later in life, while they actually already had these feeling when they were very young
- having fear of getting involved in an affair with a male
While there is nothing wrong with being gay, just remember that someone who is gay, will never be so concerned about these feelings. As these feelings are natural just like you are attracted to girls. They might however be concerned about what other people (family, friends, ..) might think when they come out.
Hope this helps
Kind regards,
