So I was wondering if the porn that arouses you is a good representation of your in real life desires?

Can be, but it can also make us fantasize about what we would like to try as fantasy. You could even go as far as to say things that catch our eye hint to our subconscious.
Let's say you watch guys in gay porn and get aroused. Could you be perhaps wanting to feel more masculine? You might be not as confident in yourself as you think those men are.
Whether or not those men truly are confident doesn't matter. You see them baring themselves naked (literally), displaying their sexuality and that is a very intimate thing.
Perhaps intimacy/romantic issues as well.

Another question... I dreamt about sexual things with children (I hopefully have pocd) and woke up and had precum. Does this mean anything?

I don't believe I've ever had pocd, so I have to theorize.
Theory: longing for back when you didn't have to concern yourself with sexual/intimate issues. You perhaps want to be back in your childhood as an escape, but then the subconscious want caused you to slowly tie the want of escape to sex... which in turn would make one anxious over thought of being a pedo.
It doesn't reflect on your sexuality it all in my way of thinking. It seems to be more an insecurity issue.
