Hi guys,
This is starting to become really annoying. It’s been many months now and it’s only getting worse. My problem is that I feel the need to have photos/videos of everything.
I don’t know why is that. I don’t feel safe if I don't take a picture of that particular moment of if I don't take a video of something I'm enjoying.
This is especially true with my girlfriend, which means that I feel I’ve to constantly digitally save our moments together.
Do you guys know why? What can I do to make this stop?
Thank you!

Hi there. I am also suffering from OCD. However, I think your symptoms do not indicate that you are suffering from this illness. If you are so obsessed with taking pictures and videos, and you think that you have done something wrong to the point that you need to take pictures/videos to remind yourself that you have not done something wrong, then it might be a symptom of OCD. I can feel your pain, as I am myself suffering from this terrible and annoying mental disorder. I hope all OCD patients find relieve soon.

Do you feel as if it really hasn't happened, unless you have a record of it? Or, as Prince has said, are you worried you might have done something you can't remember?
