A ghost is messing with me, making me anxious!?!?

So yesterday I was showering and when I finished I did go to my room. I have a small collection of 20 figurines which I really love collecting and they mean much to me. It's one of the things that makes me happy nowadays actually. Most of themI bought when I was out with friends having a good time, so each figurine reminds me of those good times. Now I turned on the lights in my room and I noticed something strange. Some figurines have been moved slightly and 2 of them in the back were turned around. I asked my parents and my brother if they maybe were in my room and did it but none of them had been in my room. So I freaked out because who or what could have done this?? And I thought of a ghost maybe and was scared. To be honest if there would be a ghost that doesnt do harm I wouldnt be very scared but I looked it up and I found that when ghosts do things that scare you (like moving the figurines) they are evil ghosts!? I feel like my collection is ruined. All the work and money I spend on it was just for nothing because now a ghost touched some of them and maybe also touched some others too , maybe even did gross things with them. Maybe this ghost will even hurt me or my family? I feel like maybe this ghost is also the cause of my pocd and worries? Because it all started while I was laying in bed in my room. What do I do now? I was planning on repainting and redecorating my room and then on my desk place my collection figurines and unbox them.. But I can't if theres a ghost that will touch them etc!! I think I'm going to place all the figurines that I assume havent been touched by the ghost downstairs and leave the touched figurines on my desk and maybe sell them or give them away? But I really have the feeling my figurines are dirty now and my collection (and part of my happiness) is ruined

I dont know what to do Im so scared and feel helpless. I'm thinking about this 24/7 and my head even hurts a little. Normally I'm supposed to search for a job but I can't now cause I'm so scared and anxious..

Also when I went downstairs and was on my laptop I got strange disconnection issues?? And my cat suddenly was meowing at nothing?? Omg this must be a real ghost and my collection figurines is ruined

I also feel very guilty or idk even if I feel guilty?? It's like I rather let the ghost 'attack' my mother instead of my figurines?? Omg I feel horrible (or atleast I think?? Wtf ) gor rven thinking this. I don't want anything to happen to my mom!! The ghost can have those stupid figurines if he leaves my mom alone! I feel like if I really think my mom is more important then the figurines ( which I do!! I meam duh!! Isn't it just normal I love my mom more??) that I need to throw away/ sell the figurines and stop collecting them and let the ghost touch and maybe posess them. Or else the ghost will hurt my mom :'(

Can someone please talk to me! I'm very paranoid and Im not even sure if this is my ocd or not?? There is a fly flying around here while I sit at the table with my parents and I'm scared its a ghost or even demon shapeshifted into a fly??

Also I smell something weird now and Ive read that a ghost can cause strange smells in a house

And now I'm scared the ghost will read this and know what I fear and thus attack my mom??

Please calm down. Don't be afraid. Take some very deep and long breaths. It's ok to fear stuff, but you should try your best by not letting it escalate so much. A ghost will not come and hurt your figurines or your mom. Try and use logic through this. Coincidences happen but your fear will only have power if you give it power, meaning the more anxiety you have about this the worse it'll be. Paranoia is normal when your afraid of something but you have to use facts to help yourself. A ghost is a spirit and therefore does not have the physical means to bring any harm to your life. I encourage you to talk with a trusted adult in your life or seek professional help if this continues. Good luck

And I talk about it to 2 of my friends and my brother. (And a little bit my parents). They probably think I'm a lunatic right now. My brother gets a bit irritated and a bit angry about it and says I have to let it go and stop being so paranoid. But offcourse thats easier said then done. It's just that I don't know for sure if it was a ghost and that bothers me. I've read about "poltergheists" who move objects etc and that scares me because if its really a ghost its an evil one. Really if I knew 100% sure this was the ghost of one of my grandfathers or another family member I wouldnt be afraid and I wont be bothered when they touch my stuff. But Ive read nice ghosts dont move objects and cause fear so it has to be an evil ghost...

In a way, I think we with anxiety problems are addicted, on some level, because our minds are always trotting out a new fear, to replace the old, worn out one. Yesterday, it was pedophilia. Today it's a ghost. Tomorrow, it will be something else...

You're seeing a therapist for anxiety.

Please let them know about this new fear.

The pedophillia thing is still there though but it's somewhat minor right now compared to the ghost thing. Normally I went to my therapist today but they called that she wasnt avaible so I'll have to wait until next week.

So what do you think about the things I said? Any chance theres a real poltergeist haunting my house?

Today I feel a little bit better luckily. Yesterday though there was a candle burning in a room and my brother didnt do it so I was very afraid and was almost sure this was the ultimate proof my house is haunted. After I told my parents and they did it earlier that day and forget to extinguish it. Now I'm afraid though they just said that to not make me freak out.. Ugh..

Today I was finally calmed down when I noticed the figurines I left on my desk have moved??? Normally I put them on the right side of the desk but now they were in the middle in a row?? My parents and brother didnt do it and its impossible for my cat to move them like that.. So this is unexplainable and makes me very afraid and anxious!

I'm also really afraid the ghost or a demon or evil spirit will hurt my mom (and while I wanted to put that smiley it didnt work the first time? Im so afraid a ghost or demon is reading this and will thus see my biggest fear is my moyher to get hurt and they maybe will do it??? Also this also happens on my moms birthday today and I'm so afraid its a sign something will happen to her!! Like for example I was looking up things about all sort of things (ghosts and demons) and then on my facebook I saw a video of cows being hand milked which reminded me of a scene in a horror movie (a very disgusting and dark one) with a goat. In the movie there also was the devil in the form of a goat. And then on my facebook I saw a picture and video of goat(s) ( they often picture the devil as a goat) and maybe its a sign that demons will do something to my mother?? I'm even scared to type these things and "my mother" in the sentence.. I just dont want her to get hurt!!

Please talk to me!! Anyone have some insight??

I'm also afraid because that was the 6th post of this topic and 6 is part of the devil number and I typed things like 'my mom' in the same post and that worries me something will happen to her.. Also because I typed it in the 3rd sentence of this post. Because 3 and 6 are numbers I (mostly but not always) avoid.

I rather be a pedophile (I worry/worried about being a pedo) then that something bad happens to my mom!!

And apparently it (my message) just merges with my previous one? Is that normal?

Are you sure no one would have moved them? Why don't you set up a camera to see what happens to the figurines.

I'm sure. I asked my parents and brother and they didn't do it (no they don't lie). My cat is unable to move them like this.

I talked to some friends and they keep saying it's not a ghost/demon and I just placed them there and forgot and that my anxiety convinces me otherwise. I guess I'll go with that but I still think it's strange..

And right now I'm laying in bed and am a bit afraid because it's like a dark thing is sometimes moving above my head or something . I very vaguely see and feel it. It's like it's just out of my view but can very vaguely sense it. Can this be a ghost or something?

Sadly I dont think there exists a ghost expert in my country that isn't just some faker who basically steals money. Otherwise I could let him tell me wheter the moving figurines is cause of a ghost or not? And if it's a ghost who it is and if it's good/evil. Like I said if its a ghost and its for example my grandpa then I'm not afraid anymore.

I also got this strange feeling in my left leg and I also vaguely hear things and I don't know what it is. A thing sounded like a little musquito buzzing in my ear. Also I looked up on google translate how you say that an insect makes a sound. So I typed in my language 'the bee buzzes' and it translated it to 'the beacon calls'. Is this a sign or something? Are these things a ghost or not?

Anyone else have thoughts on this?
