Hey Everyone. I've been suffering with OCD almost all my life and its gotten way worse this past year and lately I've been trying to treat it. I've been wondering. My OCD deals with intrusive thoughts and causes me to worry a lot about a lot of things. Would it be possible to actually treat OCD by just going with the thoughts and embracing them as true and just just trying to accept it everytime I get a bad thought. Would that ease the anxiety until the thougths disappear for good. I've been dealing with HOCD and ocd issues with morality and my dream job and i've been wondering if this would help "cure" it.
