Groinal responses with POCD don't really come from regular sexual thoughts. Personally, I can tell the difference between groinal responses and real arousal but it can be difficult for others.
This, posting on the forum, can be considered a compulsion! It's a form of reassurance seeking. pure-O ocd has compulsions. Just because they aren't physical doesn't mean you don't have them!
