I don't know if this is the proper subforum but I have recently developed a new fear. I am from Europe and 1 month ago I traveled to the USA on business. I spent 7 days there. On the 6th day, I searched for porn. This is what I am afraid of. I know that the USA has strict sexuality related laws and now I am afraid I did something illegal. I hope it is not a problem if I detail what I searched for. I used google and the following keywords (sorry, explicit): 'asian naked *****' and 'asian *****'. I also tried Bing. Did I do something illegal? Are there illegal search terms? Since then, I am very anxious. Please help and sorry for the explicit expressions.

Legality would depend on what state you were in at the time. Most probably have no law against it unless minors were involved in any way (either in the porn, or seeing the porn), and I'm assuming the answer to those is , no and no.
From a practical standpoint, I'm 99-44/100% sure that nobody is going to hunt you down. Or even care.

I was in New York City. I am an adult and I would __never__ watch porn with minors or porn featuring minors intentionally. But your answer made me a little bit anxious: what if the image search contained pictures of minors or anything illegal? It was a simple Bing image search (keyword was 'asian naked p*ssy'). I did not open any sites or anything but one can never be sure.

I wouldn't worry about it. Based on the search criteria you chose, it's very doubtful that anything like what you fear would have come up. And if it did? So what - you clearly had no intentions of viewing it. You cannot be held responsible for what results the search engines provided to you. I've had all sorts of weird results show up when searching for even the most boring, basic things and often wonder how the weird stuff was even associated with my search request. No matter what, no one is going to care enough to chase you down.

I seriously doubt a mainstream search engine like Bing would be showing illegal content in results for very long- at the least it would have to be something illegal depending on jurisdiction- and CP is pretty much on everyone's $#%^ list, everywhere. I think you're all right, mijo. Need to walk away from this worry. That's what I do when something nags me, I just have to make up my mind I'm not going to worry about it, and stick to it. In the case of something like this, I'd be like, fine, I'll worry about it when I get a knock on the door- until then screw it, what's done is done.
Mind you- I don't think you've done a THING to worry about. Obviously I'm not going to whack you over the head with triggering links, but just to prove a point (assuming you trust my word) I just used three search engines to get 'hot Asian porn' and I can tell you I don't live in the most liberal of places (certainly not the Big Apple) but I'm going to lose..... no sleep tonight. If you like I'll redo it with naked asian cootchie, but I'm pretty sure I'm still not going to be worried. Let it GO, sweet pea. Let it go.
