paranoia associated with obsession

hi. im a minor and have been suffering with ocd since 5-6 years old, although after I've been getting therapy/medication for it Ive been doing better. but as you would expect, im still riddled with the symptoms the disorder has.

paranoia is probably my most consistent obsession. although i suffer with other things, (like being sanitary and health problems) this is probably the worst. EVERYTHING makes me paranoid. i feel like im being watched as i type this. (idk if this counts as psychotic tendencies, but i don't have psychosis. just ocd, adhd and depression.)

currently my main obsession is that im infected with computer viruses. i have a lot of issues regarding viruses, whether they be computer or physical, since even after they've been resolved i still feel "tainted" and "impure," so my compulsions don't really end when they start.

i only use an iphone and ipad. however, each of these have been having issues lately - whenever i try to go on my ipad to watch dragon ball z on kissanime (a website) pop ups always open in a new tab when i click on a link to a new episode. i tried to see if this would do it too on my iphone, (yes i know this would just make my paranoia worse but my adhd makes me impulsive) and it still did it. so i moved onto a different website (both of these are safe websites) and pop ups still happened! so now im convinced someone is watching me and hacking me and is placing hundreds of viruses on my devices.

also, as of july 9th, someone logged into my gmail account with their iPhone, according to Google. this of course freaked me out and i removed access over 15 times in a row, and there's been no activity since. but now im tainted and infected.

no matter what i read about how this isn't possible, nothing convinces me. my friends don't have these problems when they use the websites. i can practically feel someone watching me and recording everything down to my stroke speed. (my heart is racing as i type this but i need help)

i don't know what to do. ive told my therapist about this kind of stuff before but she's never a big help. i just don't know what to do there's nothing i can do even if i change my email then my devices are still infected and then will infect my email. please help

I just have to set my paranoia aside. It's hard to do but with practice it gets a little easier to shrug it off.
