Hello, sorry for bothering...I just have this thoughts in my head from the past, many worries what if I've done this or that my mind is asking questions at an incredible speed....sometimes I know that I didn't do anything wrong and it's really nothing but those are the good days...mostly when I read the news, walk outside these thoughts pop up, sure, I tried to not entertain them, sometimes it works but often not really, can't keep thinking that what if it's not ocd or what if I really done this and I'm bad. I'm very confused and don't really know what to think anymore. Hope I didn't bother you, have a great day.

you have much as much a right to post to an online forum as anyone. you aren't bothering a soul.
have you ever been treated for OCD? if not, i would strongly suggest talking your doctor. a treatment plan is very helpful in the beginning. start from there.
you will see many people struggle with their thoughts so try and gain as much information and support as you can.
you are not your thoughts. this is temporary. deep breaths.

trust me, i know the feeling of not wanting to share your fears because they are so horrific. but remember, they are just fears. physicians are trained to note anxiety in their patients. pure-o or intrusive thoughts are widely known symptoms for OCD. it is essentially going to the doctor with a sore throat and swollen tonsils and getting diagnosed with strep.
sounds like a stressful time, which do doubt plays a factor. continue looking for a doctor. something else, if able, limit the time you obsess to a certain time of day. maybe an hour. let all the thoughts come at you, no running or trying to adjust the thought, appreciate they are just thoughts and you may find the volume dulls. spikes may occur, but you will find you are better at managing them.

Thanks for the tips, will try to just observe them and nothing more as I try to study and try to limit them at maybe an hour or so, beacause the past months have been constant worry at an incredible pace 12 h per day or even more
