Dreams

It happendagain last night, what could this mean. Do you think it is because I am obsessing so much? Again nothing sexual even happend I just saw a pair of legs in my dream and started to think maybe they were my sisters legs and I all of a sudden became very aroused and woke up to find my self actually aroused and soon went into panic mode.
