My "testing" is what I call "forced fantasies", in which I play a scenario in my head that includes another woman, and nowadays it doesn't disgust me like it used to but I guess because I'm used to it now?
I feel somewhat relaxed (no anxiety) BUT my face gets this disgusted expression on it, if I were to take a picture, it would look like I was a terrified little 3 year old... lol It's strange because I don't feel any of this disgust emotionally, it's just expressed physically.
Just wondering if this was common?
If I play out a fantasy with a man, I get butterflies and love it, but why is that not enough to believe that I'm into men?

I do the same, but reverse the genders cause im a dude. Its still testing which is a compulsion so do your best to stop, it makes it better i promise. But OCD makes you doubt even the most obvious evidence, this is just how it works. The only way to "prove" to yourself, is to stop trying to prove it.

Yes, that's normal. I don't have HOCD but POCD and it's the same for me. When I fantasize about a man I end up smiling, liking it, being happy, when I force myself to fantasize about a child it feels fake, forced, weird but I'm not as disgusted as I used to be. Look at it this way: when you see a horror movie the first time it is extremly scary, when you see it for the 100th it's less scary.
