ROCD?

Can ROCD make you have a hard time letting go of a crush? I sometimes hold on to major crushes for years, even if I'm in a relationship with someone else, or even if I don't think I would enjoy being in a relationship with my crush. Sometimes it bothers me that I can't let go; other times, I let myself get caught up in how desperately I miss them.
