Just a question but how do you guys deal with false memories because I feel like I've been brainwashed.

Could you explain a with a little more detail how these false memories work?

Ok so I don't really know how to describe them. It's kind of odd but the voices tell me that I did/thought/felt something in the past when I didn't. They are trying to look for evidence and since I couldn't find any they are making it up. But they keep on telling me that I did it over and over again and it feels like it actually happened. Sorry for the odd explanation, it might help to look up "OCD and false memories." Thanks for the help!
