Well, here I go. I am 40 years old and just recently been diagnosed with OCD. Looking back, I can see I have exhibited some tendency such as always fixing toilet paper if not put on the correct way (over the top not bottom ). Always fixing the toothpaste is squeezed in the middle of the tube. But recently at my second job at a fast food establishment, I began to organize to sauce cups, ketchup packets, etc. I knew this was screwed up and went to my dr who put me on celexa.
Now to back up a little bit, last year I had some trouble controlling my movements, like muscles locking up, had trouble talking, neurologist tested for strokes, seizures etc. Determined it was a severe type of migraine but did discover I needed surgery on my neck and have a fractured vertebrae in my back.
Now back to today. I am currently having trouble beyond doing repetitive things and counting, with occasional cleaning, and of course organizing. The trouble is I can't stop moving like moving my legs when sitting or rubbing my hands, or rocking when standing. Sometimes I can't control my speech meaning stuttering or talking very fast. Sometimes can't think of the word I want to say.
Is this part of OCD or possibly something else.
