Thanks man/ or woman... I prob sound like a nut. :/ lol I reread what I write sometimes and I get almost embarrassed because I realize how silly I sound sometimes. Lol and it's kind of like being scolded- "the need for 100% certainty... Etc just reading that made me blush in embarrassment.... Lol I know it may sound pathetic but I honestly have no where else to vent out. This is therapeutic and you guys on here have more experience or knowledge than I do. Lol so in short I guess I'm trying to apologize almost and thank you for your help. What would you recommend I do now that I know it's all in my head ? Aside from seeing a doctor
I'm a guy :p And the want for certainty is just an OCD thing that obviously we cannot really have. I'm still trying to figure out if I (just) have OCD and specifically HOCD myself.

Snowmann9 good buddy, you've got company. Look in the recent OCD threads and you'll see you're not alone with schizophrenia fears... misery doth love company, after all.

Do you think there's a possibility that I may have schizo ? Even now I struggle from these obsessive thoughts that I may have the illness. Just the fact that you're not 100 percent ( and trust me I understand that you're not a doctor lol) but it doesn't do me any justice that I may be suffering from the delusion that I'm ok or something like that lmao
But thank you for your patience and your reply !
I really do not think you have schiz, it sounds so much like OCD I don't think it could be OCD. I only say tell you syptoms to a Dr that understands mental health because they can send you down the right path of treatment. The fact you also need reasurence tells me its OCD too. You can tell someone with OCD something and they'll still have a nagging doubt in the back of their mind, I'm personally terrible with this. You could throw a cold hard fact at me with something related to me OCD and I'd still ponder on it. But yeah, my mind, personally, is 10000000000% sure all you have is anxiety from OCD. It's hard, I've had OCD for over 10 years and I've had moments where I just want to give up and let every thought consume me, but you must not do that/ If you go to the doctors, they may refer you to CBT which is one of the best things to help you change your way of thinking with OCD. I'm personally going to try and get a CBT session booked myself.

OP you're a classic case of someone with an OCD about schizophrenia. Literally everything you wrote fits the criterias and I'm certain that you do not have schizophrenia.
Stop reading about schizophrenia and start reading about OCD instead if you want to help yourself.
