Obsessed because of gronials, gronials because I'm obsessed.

For the past two years I've developed a new theme that is one of the most weird/bizarre themes I've had dealing with OCD. It's strange because it has latched to my sense of smell. My sense of smell is so over heightened because of this and somedays I just try to breathe through my mouth rather than my nose to avoid all smells.
The condition developed as I was going through a phase of POCD, (one which I no longer obsess to a high degree anymore). This new Theme (smell) took over and now since all my obsessions have been of a sexual nature for some reason this one came into play. I did research (compulsion) and found its a fetish called olfactophilia. NOw I wouldnt care but it goes beyond extreme as ocd usually does. Any bad odor I smell I worry that it arouses me. When I say any I mean very disgusting stuff from dog mess - garbage- to public restrooms- bad breath, its so crazy because all my life I have never been into this but now Im in my 30's and it has hit me and its all i think about all day.
I get gronials just like i would with the sexual stuff but rather than getting a gronial because (exapamle - seeing a male I get a gronial for smelling something bad)
How do you stop these gronials, if i hadnt had them I wouldnt obsess, I obsess even more because I Have them and feels real
