I have POCD, and quite a big fear of randomly dying via blood lot.
I also feel that if I don't pray for my family and friends individually several times each day, that something bad will happen to them.
Has any one got any advice for what to tackle first?
I've been doing quite well as far as cutting out small compulsions and obsessions ( counting when I walk, for one)
But I want to start working on the bigger worries I described above.
Should I work on cutting out one of them first or all at the same time?
I heard it's best to focus on one at a time.
Would also be interesting to hear weather other people have more than one theme.
I find if one is particularly strong on a given day, the others seem to take a back seat,ndone know if anyone has also found that.
