Have you ever thought that praying wrong will hurt somebody? or Thinking of the devil instead of god will hurt somebody? Or if you went to church and thought of something bad happening to somebody else god will make it happen? Have deities and spirits perpetuated your ocd?

This is a good question. I did not have the particular obsessive thoughts you had/have but I have had some related to the nature of God. Like so many of my bad thoughts, it had little to do with the subject more than it did with my anxiety just finding something to latch on to, which is why I have had so many Obsessions.
So, in a way, I can say yes to this question. And I have read some (not many) here who had similar, but not exact, thoughts.

No, not really, every once in a while at a worship service I'll experience un-related intrusive thoughts racing around in my head, but this isn't something specific to my beliefs.

Yes....I would feel guilty about doing things that the normal church goer would call ridiculous. Compulsively praying.....usually the same prayer. I blamed my "bad luck" on not being a good Christian. This started when I was 12 years old. I grew up in the south, a Pentecostal.

not exactly like yours but yes. from age 13 until 19 my obsessions and rituals were related to God/Deities. but i've succeeded in controlling it since nov 2012. occasionally still have it, but when it comes, i have the weapon to fight it...
