Is this my OCD or is my girlfriend pregnant?Think it's pos.

Hi. I have severe OCD and depression and anxiety. I take medication for it but suffer sometimes from extreme anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I have this one that my girlfriend and I had MAY HAVE had something last September and she got pregnant. IF it happened it would be between last September 1st and 21st in 2013. She still skinny as always, has not had morning sickness or anything, and back in Janurary she went to see a doctor and he said nothing after her physical BUT she didn't ask him to check. She a dancer, and does flips and twirls....so much energy. I don't know what her religion is exactly but according to her beliefs she can't take a pregnancy test. I'm worried I did something and got her pregnant. This is the thought. Think we did anything? Think she pregnant?
