Has anyone ever experienced a feeling like an adrenaline rush, dizzy, light headed, tinglingly feeling when exposed to uour trigger? Feels like excitement or arousal, but I believe it may just be anxiety. Any thoughts? Agree or disagree?

Anxiety can cause hypersexuality. It happened to me.

It felt strange and it's happened before. It doesn't really feel sexual but more like a surge of energy to my brain and through my body if that makes sense. It almost made me feel fainty and dizzy for a few seconds. I notice this happens as Im caught off guarded by my trigger and it hits me like a train.

That's how it was with me. My anxiety was a lot more than just hyper-sexuality. Like you it was a force of energy, that swept through my body. And it can make you dizzy, among many other things. Also, less intense panic attacks may feel the same way.
