I want to second that bit about ketamine, or at least glutamate modulators in general. Glutamate modulators have a lot of advantages, particularly how fast acting they are. They also work on some people, like me, who get no response from the usual SSRIs.
At some point it would be a good idea if someone could add a paragraph on them, and maybe SNRIs and even anxiety benzos like xanax and lorazapam to boot. PANS/PANDAS is also (slowly but surely) becoming mainstream enough that it's probably time it got its due as well. Of course I recognize that summarizing all of that in an accurate and responsible but non-professional capacity would be quite a task for anyone. Still, it's true the FAQ is starting to show its age.
Can't say I'm with you on the glass of wine though. Been there, tried that.
Mere "anxiety," as Heidegger says, is at the source of everything.
