Containmenation OCD, ROCD

Hello im 19

And i have contamination ocd and im in a relationship.
If someone is talking to me that isnt my boyfriend and they accidently spit on me and it gets on my lip i freak out becuase i feel like im cheating on him and sometimes i get an erection that was unintentional and i feel even worse. I have to wash my mouth out everytime this happens.

Is someone spitting on my lip then i get an erection on accident cheating?
