Are ocd thoughts always opposite to what you want?

Postby Breakingmad » Mon Jan 13, 2014 5:35 pm

Like are all your fears always the exact opposite everytime? my ocd is doubting this as well lol. I know that When I get anxious I fear something. but taking hocd for example Ill tell myself that im anxious about being gay so im not gay but that doesnt mean im straight? even though I am.

being anxious and having OCD can create any number/kind of antagonistic thoughts. once your mind gets set on a “kind” of thought process i can lock in on it.
