so I was good for a while because all fears are opposite of you. well I had the thought what if I feared the opposite? like say for hocd for example I'd say I fear being straight even tho I don't really. and I'd get anxious. how do I know the anxiety is not really fearing the opposite if that makes sense?
I do check daily thanks for the help
