i am suffering from ocd the thought one well i have told my partner the real sick thoughts i was having and even though he said he already had an idea of what they was i am now obbsesing over him telling anyone and feel like this is the worse thing what could of possibly happened i keep telling myself he wont but when i think about anyone else ever knowing i feel suicidal how can i get through this usually i am quite good with dealing with things and attach words to whatever thought i get to calm the thought down but cant seem to get through this even though deep down i know he wont all i can picture is him in the pub one night pissed blurting out what i told him i started taking prozac three days ago and yesterday the third day of taking it all this happenend and my head felt real bad so i have not taken one today sorry about the essay lol thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this

I believe that you should begin therapy with a professional. I read your others posts and your sitiuation is saerious in my opinion. There is only so much comfort that can be obtained from posting to this online forum.

No it was not the suicidal thoughts, many people feel suicidal at some point in their life. It was when you said that you "have sick thoughts i mean real sick thoughts" in your head. You appear to be quite frightened of them and view them as disgusting.

What type of therapy do you have? There are types of therapy that can make this form of OCD worse, such as talk therapy and psychoanalytic-style therapies. Does your cpn specialise in OCD or have any experience with it (and your form specifically)?
