Some people fall back to sleep right after, especially in children.

Heck some of them don't even wake up, and can't remember screaming their head off, in the morning when they are told they had a night terror.

Over the years I have had many screwed up dreams, with some being very good and others not being so good. For the most part, I go back to sleep pretty easily or I take a Melatonin to help me get back to sleep as long as it is not to close to when I need to get up.
