Housework for general mental and physical wellbeing

I find cleaning to be a great way to burn off excess energy and I also find it very therapeutic.

If you find the whole idea of cleaning mundane and pointless then you can always revamp an old chest of drawers with some coloured sticky back plastic.

This not only looks great but it is also gives you a sense of accomplishment and can aid in lifting your mood.

Food Has Lost All Taste

I'm been extremely sad ever since fall started, and yesterday was especially upsetting. Usually, when I'm upset, I'll just mindlessly snack to fight the boredom, but today I've realized that food as no taste for me at all. It's not appealing to eat anymore. I don't have any comforts now. Please help.
