Insect Phobia

I am disgusted by insects. When I look closely at them they look so disgusting. 6 legs, 8 legs, many legs. abdomen. thorax. antenna and head. It is so gross to me. I hate spiders and I can't stand a fly in the house. I kill insects that come into my home. I hate when I see a spider in my house. I've been to Cambodia and they eat insects. They eat spiders and more! ...

Fear of empty swimming pools.

I've always thought this was an exceptionally strange phobia to have, especially considering that I'm a rather normal (boring) person otherwise. I have absolutely no idea where this came from, but I've had this fear for as long as I can remember.. probably since I was a toddler. I'm not sure if I've had a bad experience with an empty swimming pool or if I just have an overactive imagination. I'm sure those anti-drug commercials ...

Fear of Forgetting (Athazagoraphobia Phobia)

I was wondering if anyone knows how to deal with it. I know there are ways of dealing with it, including - going to the doctor, but I was wondering if anyone knows of an effective and maybe quick way to get rid of fears (preferably this one, but doesn't have to be specific).

Any help would be appreciated.

Dust

Any amount of dust that is visible makes me cringe. I avoid touching most things in my room when they are covered with dust. It works out ok because the things I use everyday aren't covered with dust, but I know I have OCD because I have to wash my hands whenever I do touch things that are dusty. Does anybody else share my obsession?
