Seriosly im not sure if i actually would be diegnosed with the phobia of scared of the dark but I am really scared of being in the dark on my own.

Ok, I really need help and I dont know what else to do. I know a good bit about the human psyche and how to get through these kinds of problems. I literally hate this person. He really disgusts me! And now I'm EXTREMELY afraid to touch anything that I think he could have touched or even afraid of going to places where he could have been. I need to know what kind of phobia is this or is this even a phobia at all. If this is a phobia, this is probably the most weirdest phobia you've ever heard of.

I have phobia for all insects. Insect phobias are common, but mine is more about disgust factor than what I've been reading on the subjeect. If in insect (like a cricket or a cockroach) gets on my skin or near my face or can be felt through my clothing it is so traumatizing that I have flashbacks for the rest of the day.
