Trazodone Issues

I am frustrated. For a month trazodone 75 milligrams made me feel great. Now I have a foggy brain and nothing I can do can get rid of it. Any ideas? Should I cut back? Should I increase? This is so frustrating.

Sleep Problems

New member Paul here from the UK.
My sleep problems are slowly getting worse. I have no difficulty getting off to sleep, often suffering auditory hypnogognia. I also suffer auditory hypnogognia while I am sleeping, with my name being called as if I have over slept. I regularly get up at 6am for work, but this is getting earlier and earlier, 3am to 4am being the norm. It doesn't seem to matter what I do ...

Absolutely cannot fall asleep

Hi, about a week ago I began to have a constant feeling in the front of my head. The feeling is like a migraine without the pain. After a few days of carelessly getting poor sleep, I ended up not being able to sleep at all in the past couple days now.

I went to the ER yesterday and had my blood work done, and it turned out normal. There was nothing they could do ...

How to restore sleep architecture?

Hello
I have a sleep disorder. First, even after a busy and active day, when it should go to sleep, I do not want to sleep. This feeling that I need more hours in the day. I use sleeptracker and it shows me that I has REM early in the night, while NREM occurs at the end of the night. Because of this, I think, I'm pretty passive (emotionally and mentally) at the beginning of ...

Deja vu from dreams

Does anyone else get this? Sometimes I'll be just going about my normal day and some small detail of my surroundings like a phrase someone used or an event that happened gives me this deja vu feeling of a dream that I have had. Sometimes the dream version is almost spot on exactly with what happens in real life. It's a very odd feeling. I don't know if that was actually what i had dreamed ...

wrote something about my insomnia

I usually write poetry or short stories, but this was really just stream of consciousness writing, more like a journal entry. So it's not really "beautiful" or well-written, but it's about my experience and I thought maybe other people who suffer from insomnia (and possibly other things, as I do) might appreciate or be able to relate. Let me know your experiences so I feel less alone! :P ...

Sleep pills, supplements, and other sleeping aid experiences

I want to start a thread of sleeping pills and other things that have helped people to overcome insomnia. From experience, insomnia cannot be cured by a magic pill or amagic bullet, since it is an ailment of the being. However, I wish to include pills because they are helpful in getting one into the mood of sleeping when they have been grappling with this issue for ages.
I found a thread that has to ...

How do you cope? Interested in others' experiences.

Insomnia is a reliable source of hopelessness for me. I am too tired to do anything productive, but can't sleep at all, so I am in a very unbearable limbo. I sometimes work on puzzles to distract myself, but it is not too stimulating to trigger anxiety or anything, and it is not too demanding. I have a hard time reading because I just can't focus when I am very tired and the words become ...
