For a while now I have been having trouble sleeping, through the night hours I get few hours of sleep or less, and when I do sleep I'll wake up from any little noises. I have been doing some research on sleep disorders including inomnia, narcolepsy and sp. I found a forum that seems to offer a lot of support and information to sufferers. It isn't medical just a network of self-help (I think).
