EMF radiation can cause poor sleep

I've suffered from insomnia for a long time, probably about 12 years. (is that long, I don't know???) Due to lost income in the household that took place 6 months ago, things becamse harder for me and restlessness and lack of sleep really started to take their toll on me. I decided to do some research because until recently, I've been rather apathetic about insomnia. I found information regarding EMF radiation and how few people ...

Question Regarding Childhood Nightmares

When I was between the ages of 3-5 I had nightmares every night. In the dreams, virtually the same thing would happen everynight, I would somehow be whisked away from whatever it was I was doing and be murdered or kidnapped. The last one I recall having was one were my entire family was murdered. They were so bad that I couldn't sleep alone for two years, I am wondering what could've caused these nightmares.

Last Year

Every night for the last year or so I have had a nightmare. It's either no nightmare, or nightmare. Black or horrible. I can't remember the last time I had an OK dream. I don't watch scary movies that affect my dreams, I think it's completely unrelated to anything like that. I have dreams of people chasing me and cutting me into pieces, of my family and friends killing me, raptor like creatures killing everyone ...

I have seen my medical doctor. She put me on trazadone which makes me sleep, but not in a restful, restorative way. So I asked for a referal to see a ...
