self hate is a bitch....

for real... i won't lie. you know.... back when i was a kid, i decided for whatever reason to stop eating food where i throw my food away and stop eating it. i used to be chunky as ###$ then around the time when my hormones kick in, i got so damn skinny to the point where i was like thin thin thin. at one point at 11 or 12 or so, i was making ...

I can't be myself in in the real world...

Around people I don't know, or people I don't trust (Most of the world), I can't be myself. I feel that they'll judge me as inadequate, my actions will portray me as trifling ignorant moron, and that if I don't put on an act and face for the whole world... they'll get to know the real me... and utterly hate me.

Does anyone else feel like this?
I try to be logical, I attempt to ...

Low self esteem?

I found these questions on another page, and I decided to respond to them.

1. Other people are not better off or more fortunate than me.
If compared to the average stardard in iq and looks, then I am defenitly below average.

2. I accept myself as I am and am happy with myself.
I am tolerant of my lacks, the exception being my low iq.

3. I enjoy socializing.
Not at all. I just ...

Suggest me to get relief from stress!

I am the Marketing Head of an FMCG company and for over a few weeks, I have been feeling dizziness, anxiety, and a dreadful sense of doom which I feel is a result of over exertion. After a recent fight at work with my boss during a marketing campaign the situation, became severe. Stress is destroying my life. I don’t know what to do. Please suggest.
Thanks!

Is this a mental illness or just low self esteem?

What's basically happening over here is similar to an eating disorder, except, instead of concerning being skinny, it concerns being popular.
To my subconcious brain, it seems like it's a life goal for me to be 'popular'. The need to be popular and to be liked has practically taken over my life, and I will do whatever it takes to get to that point. I have done everything from self-improvement programs to imaginary confidents to ...

HELP?

I've always had low self-esteem and moodswings. And I always had issues socially...I don't know if it is social anxiety or whatnot, but I've been a bit of a loner all my life for the most part. I always thought it best that I never got into drugs and booze. However, for last 3-4 years, I've decided- the hell with it, we only live once, and I'm gonna die anyway....and have gone a little nuts ...

Seeking Help

First a little background info:
From age 15-19 I did alot of drugs, too many I think. When I was 16 I dropped out of school, up until this time I had poor attendance, and although my test scores were always good, I never did my homework.

My family had to sell our 3 bedroom house when I was 17 or so, and we split into 2 smaller apartments (my dad did not want to ...
