I was medicated with Latuda for a few years but in 2021 I had a rebound effect. I have a social insecurity. But Latuda helped me in this case and give me more push. So, my question is: Is there a medication similar to Latuda to combat this symptom?

Is delusional beliefs caused by creating false memories or making up lies and believe at those false memories or lies pervasively and believing those beliefs so strongly and sometimes with lack of true insight?
