Okay hey everyone. It has been forever and a lot has happened. I don't know if anyone even really remembers me, or if anyone I talked to is even on here anymore. Since PDNOS is a disorder, and one of the most common PDs (by the way), I think this forum needs more publicity and should become a real forum. No wonder people don't come here, the HPD forum is full of nons, and putting this subforum near there is silly. Make it a real forum!

why no other pd-nos on the forum?

I know this board isn't a place for a diagnosis, nor am I asking for one. I continue to struggle but am hopeful of getting my wife of 31 years in front of a psychiatrist. That said, when I consider her behaviors, none of them completely "fit" the description of any of the PD's.

Here's a short list of what we experience:
- Truly chronic lying
- Highly manipulative
- Aggressively (though not violently) ...

Hello, I have several questions I am confused about and as I did not want to create multiple threads, I will list them below. Thank you for reading and I hope you can help clear things up a bit.

1. What is Explosive personality disorder? It is listed in the ICD-9, but apparently it has been folded into Emotionally unstable personality disorder for the ICD-10. It would make sense if the Impulsive subtype were the ...

The closest thing I have to a care team keeps saying “PD” at me, but no one can figure out what, therapists keep running off on tangents and misreading what I say... professionals keep telling me to keep my mouth shut, stop intellectualising and let the professionals think, but the professionals keep saying $#%^ that makes no sense to me... failing ...
