hi, i'm confused as to what differentiates delusional disorder from schizophrenia/schizoaffective/bipolar mania. i read somewhere antipsychotics dont help when its only delusional symptoms? i was delusional for bout a month on two occasions and feel as if i hav been depressed before (bipolar/schizoaffective) but other than that most people tell me theres no way im bipolar and even more deny that i could be schizoaffective (i think i am)

I was diagnosed as having schizophrenia a couple of years ago and since then that i notice a loss of memory (long term memory above all). I also cannot reason as I did before i got this illness.

Is that a common thing in schizophrenia ?

I had coffee this morning about 5 hours ago, and I was sitting reading a book and then starting freaking out.
