I am so depressed, and I feel like I am going crazy. I have caught my husband in loads of lies. He's actually made up ex-girlfriends, and friends, even telling their names, where they live, where they work, what they looked like, and how he knew them...makes up stories about places he's been, restaurants he's gone too, etc...After I catch him in lies he always swears he won't lie again, but there is always more ...

I need something to calm me down and make me relax. I know of Ativan and Klonipin, but I was wondering if there's anything else for stress/anxiety? Arent ativan and klonipin narcotics?
