am trying with hard YOGA, PRANAYAMA, SAHAJA YOGA ....
wanna try AYURVEDA also,

didnt use drugs , niether had big problem but now am adicted to these medication..

Last Tuesday I join to a group in a Sports Centre, to practise Pilates.
Ok, today is the second day and is supposed that my level of anxiety has to be lower. Nooooooooooooo. I´m more anxiety today. I´m breathing deeply as my phychologist told me. I´m afraid to do relax exercise because I think I will falle asleep. I can´t focusses on anything else.

apologies for the long post, I am new here, and I am looking for some support/advice.

my partner (same sex, male relationship) was diagnosed with DD almost 2 years ago, and is currently suffering from depression, panic outbreaks and anxiety. We have been together almost 6 years and are totally devoted to one another.

I've recently received a confirmed diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome. However, I seem to be having worsening symptoms, and that doesn't fit with Asperger's. I don't want to blindly go back to the doctor and allow her to perform costly tests on me and subject me to expensive therapy sessions with no target. I decided it probably wouldn't hurt to throw this out and see what people say.

Definitionally rape and fetish are not interchangeable.

Does common improper use of clearly defined words trump the legal definitions?
