Have any of you (that don't have partners) told any of your friends, parents etc that you have or suspect you have AvPD?

I told my friend last weekend. Not in person, she lives in a different country so I hardly ever see her. She's coming over in September though.

This may be applicable to some people and not to others. It depends on how much you have let AvPD affect your life. I, myself, no longer have any social life to speak of, or any hobbies. This probably isn't so much 'just for fun' per se but for those who have a job, do you generally enjoy it and what's makes it enjoyable?
