Pregnancy & bipolar disorder

I would like to be in contact with pregnant women who have bipolar disorder. My daughter is bipolar & 33 weeks pregnant. We would like to know if they're are any new mothers out there that were on medications during pregnancy. There are no studies that we know of regarding medications & bipolar pregnant women. Signs and symptoms of a panic attack

Signs and symptoms of a panic attack:

Panic attacks often strike when you’re away from home, but they can happen anywhere and at any time. You may have one while you’re in a store shopping, walking down the street, driving in your car, or sitting on the couch at home.

The signs and symptoms of a panic attack develop abruptly and usually reach their peak within 10 minutes. Most panic attacks end within 20 to ...

Intrusive Alters? -might get confusing sorry

This is Yvette. Leigh is too overwhelmed to be out here, so I'm going to post and hope she doesn't mind.

When we were in therapy today, Cassie (who is 26 going on 15, heh) was not allowing certain things our T was saying to get to Leigh. Whenever she (our T) would try to talk about something, Cassie would totally block Leigh's ability to recognize the words. After our T kept repeating herself, Cassie ...

is myex poss N's mother trying to hoover me back in?

Any advice regarding my daughters father and his mother? I feel they are so pathologically binded, my ex had been in trouble with the law as you will of read in my posts, I got informed that he had been charged for harassment, so with all this trouble I ended the relationship the ex bf constantly emailed me trying to get back together but I was so hurt with what personal stuff he did at ...

Some questions/rant/general hello (May be long)

Errr, so hi. I know this forum isn't too entirely active, but I hope some people can answer my questions.

Anyways, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder back in 1997, and I was put on Paxil (mainly for anxiety, I obsessively pulled out my hair) and I was doing somewhat fine. Actually, I lied and said I was fine- the paxil quelled some symptoms but I was still 'crazy'- sorry if that term offends, I ...

Hello There

Hi, I'm new.

I guess in a place like this i guess i'm nothing new, and i don't expect to be. I like people who think outside of the box therefore I decided to join and introduce myself. My name is irrelevant. My brain doesn't function properly, and is apparently unable to register feelings/emotions such as sadness, guilt and happiness.I am incapable about truly caring about anything and anyone. I never truly understood what emotions ...

My gf WANTS me to be hit on...

Hi girls & guys!! I've been dating this woman for a while now, and we were talking about times when she's been hit on by guys at the bar, or looked up & down etc. That was more when she was in her early 20's, but it still happens. It makes her feel good ( and smile real big) knowing she's still got it, even though she won't admit that she's beautiful. I told her ...

Movies that scared the bejeebus out of you

I'm a huge fan of scary, gore flicks. While I can totally dig a good tear-jerker, sometimes I just want to be wide-eyed and scared to pieces. :D

Here's some of my favorites, what about you?

1. Feed - this was the only movie I have ever seen that forced me to look away and nearly vomit. Not a great plot, but absolutely the most horrifying ...

If you could...

I posted this topic in this thread for obvious reasons. If you could write a book, what would you call it and what would it be about? I only ask because i believe it reflects the personality of the person. Plus it is interesting. This thread is now alive and well, make the most out of it by feeding it with your intellect.

re: I owe the N a big Thank You....

My days of being with N's are over. There have been two, maybe three N men in my life, not counting my father who I suspect was one as well (that makes a possible four). Thanks to the loser N that I was with last year - the one who gave me the education of a lifetime on what an N is, taught me how they operate, drove me to the brink of insanity which ...
