Only a couple times in my life, I experienced this very weird state where I was almost manic in a sense. I have never been able to explain it to a therapist or psychiatrist. I am newly diagnosed... by the psychologist so far, though I am being sent to a shrink to have my BPD formally diagnosed. I've probably had BPD, since my teen years, possibly earlier (I'm 52 now).
