I had a therapy appt today and she said that I "objectify men" meaning I treat them as sex objects and then leave them which is true but it still hurt when she said it. I use to think that only men had that problem- treating women as sex objects and such but now I realize that both men and women can do that. I just don't feel any remorse for this. I love sex... ...

There are a number of movies with characters who are narcissistic or who have narcissistic traits. But usually the focus seems to be on more full-blown psychopathic behavior. I know that all of that sensational violence and killing sells more movies, but we usually don't gain a lot of insight from such movies into what it is really like to "relate to" a narcissistic character.

Can you answer the questions below? What can I expect from a Narc when she says she loves me? For a fleeting moment I attempt to quantify her love towards me. Her actions do not express what I would describe as "being loved". I do not get it.

I wonder what "love" means to a narc? what does "happiness" mean?
